Method 1: Raise Ticket from Browntape Panel
Simply click on the green colour help icon inside your app.browntape.com panel and submit your ticket.
Method 2: Send us an Email
Send an email to help@browntape.com with details of your issues. A ticket would be raised and you will receive a confirmation of the same.
For all the steps above; there is one way to check the status of your ticket. Simply visit https://browntape.freshdesk.com/support/home and click on “Check Ticket Status”. Do note you would need to be logged in for the same.
