Browntape Customer Support Just Got Better!

In our endeavor to improve customer service; we have now introduced a ticket-based helpdesk. Hereon, we request Browntapers to raise issues via the below system to ensure speedy & systematic resolution.

Method 1: Raise Ticket from Browntape Panel

Simply click on the green colour help icon inside your panel and submit your ticket.

Method 2: Send us an Email

Send an email to with details of your issues. A ticket would be raised and you will receive a confirmation of the same.

Method 3: Use Freshdesk

Visit Do note, you will need to log in to submit a ticket here. Your Freshdesk activation link will be shared with you shortly.

Check Your Ticket Status

For all the steps above; there is one way to check the status of your ticket. Simply visit and click on “Check Ticket Status”. Do note you would need to be logged in for the same.
